To support the planning application, a comprehensive transport statement was been prepared, alongside a detailed travel plan. These documents meticulously examine the safety of the existing highways network surrounding the Boat Yard and provide an in-depth analysis of potential traffic generation as a result of the new residential lets. This analytical approach employed by our transport consultants demonstrated that the current road network possesses the capacity to accommodate the additional traffic that would be generated by the new residents.
