Ideally positioned close to 2 railway stations and a short walk to a variety of work, leisure and retail opportunities, these plans to develop the Boat Yard at Acock's Green to residential lets were subject to highways consent. 

A transport statement and travel plan examining the safety of the highways network and predicting traffic generation via TRICS analysis showed that the road network could cope with the traffic to be generated and reduced through the implementation of the travel plan.
