City centre locations give the most interesting travel plans and the travel plan for St. Joseph's Orphanage is one of those.  The redevelopment of the site has been part of the Preston City Plan for a considerable time.  With the help of iRIS Sustainable Planning transport consultants, the project looks likely to get the go-ahead in the near future.
