With most smaller extension projects it is sufficient to provide a less intensive transport statement, rather than a full transport assessment as these developments generally have less of an impact on the local transport network  This is the case at Fleetwood Town Community Trust, as they were looking to add a changing room, classroom and extra office space.

An examination of the safety of the local road network and TRICS analysis were used by our transport consultants in conjunction with a site visit to achieve this.
