Parking can sometimes be problematic.  This site, which is situated away from the road, has no access to parking except for at the roadside.  Additionally, a busy school, residential home and community centre stretched parking on the nearest road.  A comprehensive set of parking surveys through a Parking Impact Assessment demonstrated that although parking space was tight there was capacity for kerbside parking.  Additional suggestions were put forward to the planners about methods to increase capacity further.
